Went in to do a routine Oil Change&Maintenance. Manager/Front Desk was very courteous, professional and helpful. The waiting area was clean and quiet, no loud tv playing, just the occasional sound of the mechanics. :) I was able to stay there comfortably & the wait-time estimate given was acceptably accurate to me (within 15 mins.) I got a message on my phone letting me know my service was done but when I didn't come over right away, they also let me know in person in case I had missed the text. I know people who have waited extra time because of texting/technology mishaps, so I appreciated that thoughtfulness. Driving away, I could feel the difference - a maintenance job well done by the mechanics. Thanks ya'll!

Bruce was so kind and helpful with letting me replace my tire. He was kind on the phone and in person, he explained everything well and really helped to get me in and out. Michel was great, he had my flat off the rim and the new one on in less than 10 minutes and nice to work with. Appreciate all they did for me! Thanks so much!!

Our car had to be towed and we selected Pep boys in Sandy. They were very fast and I felt they were very honest. They kept us informed and only did the work we authorized. They were very pleasant to work with. This was our first experience with Pep Boys. I will be happy go back and also recommend them to others.

I highly recommend the Sandy Pep Boys. They kept us informed and we feel they were honest and fair in their recommendations for our needed repairs. They also were very accommodating with our timeline for needing our vehicle repairs completed. They went above and beyond. All of the guys were very friendly and nice. Good Job! We will definitely be back if or when we need additional vehicle repairs.

A little disorganized due to staffing issues, yet very friendly and professional. My truck took an extra day, but is in top shape again. I definitely recommend giving them a try.
